BRAND Multiplier Event

On the 15^th of March 2024, KAINOTOMIA, partner of “BRAND- Boosting youth towards Responsible and sustainAble choices in fashioN inDustry” project, will host in Larissa, Greece a BRAND Multiplier Event.

The event aims to raise awareness about the environmental impact and responsible consumption in the fashion industry. Given the growth in the global population and the rate at which the fashion industry uses natural resources, it is of great importance to promote sustainable fashion lifestyles.

The multiplier event will have the following target groups:

• Young people aged from 15 to 25
• Youth workers, social workers, coaches and mentors of young people
• Relevant to the projects’ objectives stakeholders: VET Trainers/provides, educational units, fashion retail business owners, fashion industry representatives etc, technological institutes, designing and fashion schools.

The Multiplier Event Agenda will include a presentation of the environmental and social needs that lead the implementation of the project and also the presentation of the project and its PRs. During the event, a hashtag will be created to inform on what is happening, and photos will be taken to serve the purposes of the post-event dissemination and exploitation activities.

The objectives of the Multiplier Event are aligned with the overall objectives of the BRAND project and with the wish of the consortium to impact as many as possible at local, regional, national, European and International level.  The Multiplier Events aims to deliver deep knowledge on the concept of eco-fashion to young people and youth workers and to promote a set of ethical, ecological and sustainable attitudes towards the fashion industry. In addition through the Multiplier Event, the consortium will introduce officially all the digital tools and content that partners prepared, in order to raise awareness of young people and equip youth workers.
