Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs Training Session in Brussels

On the 18th of February the initial training for the European Programme Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs, will take place in Brussels, at the premises of the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW).

Purpose of this initial training session will be to train the staff of the participant organizations on the IT Management Tool, which is a platform created by the European Commission to support the whole process of establishing, following and evaluating the relationships. It also stores information about all parties involved in the programme – i.e. European Partnerships (EP), Intermediary Organisations (IO), New Entrepreneurs (NE), Host Entrepreneurs (HE) and the Support Office (SO).

The training on the IT Tool will be focused on:

Basic intro to the Erasmus IT tool
• What’s the ERASMUS IT Tool
• Registration Form (Difference between New Entrepreneur/ Host Entrepreneur)
NE/HE Management
• Follow Up Applications
• Non completed registrations – Confirmation Email
• Floating Entrepreneurs
• Relocating an Entrepreneur to a different IO (Intermediary Organisation), in their country
• Relocating an Entrepreneur to an IO in a different country
Treatment and life cycle of RLTs (Relationships)
• RLTs, Search and Match modules
• Sending RLTs back to draft
• Validation of feedback questionnaires

EP and IO Management
• View EPs and IOs
• Creating an IO Staff / Deactivating / Updating an IO Staff Contact Person
• IOs going invisible / blocked (Entrepreneurs not able to select an IO)
Monitor Module
• Checking on your IOs and their performance
• Registrations, RLTs, Overdue actions Feature

The training will be completed with an exercise on:

-how to create an Entrepreneur

-how to connect with your IO Staff and assess the application

-how to propose matches to Entrepreneurs and

-how to treat the relationships
