SEE4.0 Kick-off Meeting

On the 22th of November 2019, MACDAC ENGINEERING
CONSULTANCY BUREAU LTD – MECB, partner of the SEE4.0 project, will host in, Iklin, Malta, the first transnational project meeting.

Project partners will have the chance to: sign the bilateral contracts, review the Gantt chart, discuss in details the roles and responsibilities of each project partner as well as the measures to handle the project risks, the
collaboration and communication and dissemination plan. Also the development of project website, logo and leaflet, structure and content of Intellectual Outputs will be discussed. Partners will be trained in using AdminProject as a tool for communication and management in the project. All internal plans existing currently in their draft versions (Project
Management plan, Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability plan, Quality Assurance and Evaluation plan) will be finalised and agreed on by all project partners.
