Joint Staff Training Event (JSTE) of the Hatebusters project

On the 13rd of September, Crossing Borders, partner of the Hatebusters project is going to host in its premises the Joint Staff Training Event for 5 days.

Main purpose of the JSTE is the expertise of partners  in :

• exchanging knowledge, method and tools according to their expertise on the themes of the project,
• maximization the learning impact on each participating organizations by the sharing of the learning results,
• increasing knowledge of participants on the themes of the project (online and offline hate speech, racism, cyberbullying) and on tools and methods
  to combat them through methodologies of activism, campaigning, human rights education, non formal education and informal learning etc,
• strengthening the intercultural learning character of project by allowing youth workers and staff members from different countries to know more about
  hate speech and the different prevention and combat strategies that exist in each country.

It is a possibility to enrich the participants curricula and for the partner organisation to increase knowledge and possibility to exploit results in further activities – improve and apply changes/remedial to the project outcomes – peer-learning.
