The consortium of the European project PIP: Prospects in peripheries, has successfully implemented the Joint Staff Training Event, in Malaga on 23-27 of June. Due to national restrictions accrued from Covid-19, some of the partners could not travel to Malaga and take part in the training, so the event was conducted with the assistance of an online platform, which engaged all partners from all partner countries. The host organization of the event was Asociación de DesarrolloSocial Participativo IMAGINA, based in Spain.

The main goal of the training was the detailed presentation of the strategies, as well as trainings chosen from the partners, which will be included in the Toolkit. Moreover through the evaluation process all partners managed to identify weak and strong points of the strategies and trainings and also clear any inquiry they had.
The Join Staff Training event started with presentations of the Cookbook methods prepared by each partner. After the completion of the presentations, partners implemented a cross evaluation process for both trainings and strategies, as well as an assessment of the overall event..
Last but not least, the consortium agreed upon the upcoming tasks and set up their deadlines, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the PIP project.
