IDEA Outputs

A mobile report about entrepreneurship teaching and entrepreneurial skills demand according to businesses. The mobile report will have a form of interactive resource which will allow for searching and filtering the
answers using various criteria (e.g. the user will be able to choose the skill and based on that the methods developing this skill will be presented, or search the skills that are the most demanded on the market by the entrepreneurs) and will reveal the most needed skills. It will be also available as mobile app for quick reference from any place via the phone. In addition, to make it more attractive, it will include tips for self-development for educators and NEETs.
The report will include results of two parallel studies:
1) Questionnaire research done by partners among educators of adults, especially NEETs. Partners will perform research which will deepen what was done in the preliminary research. This part of research will show current methods and approaches as well as the main skills being taught and developed.
2) Focus groups and interviews done by partners among the businesses. Partners will use the database they created in the preparation stage and will search for new contacts too. This part of research will identify what it really takes, what skills and attitudes are needed to be successful entrepreneur in today’s highly turbulent environment.

Interactive toolset supporting Development of Educators of Adults’ skills in Boosting Entrepreneurship among NEETs. Based on the outcomes of the research conducted within O1, an interactive toolset for educators of
adults will be created. The toolset will be built on the basis of the research phase (O1). It will be available as a web-based application that will enable access to training/teaching materials and resources on entrepreneurial skills. It is foreseen, that both groups (educators of adults and also young adults) will be able to use it.
The toolset will consist of the following parts:
1) Assessment tool – a tool for Educators which will allow them to check the level of skills of their learners. After series of tests, the Educators will receive the result – the customised learning path for given person or group. The assessment tool will be also possible to be used directly by NEETs as a
self-assessment tool in order to assess own entrepreneurial skills. If they do that, the tool will direct them to the training materials so they will be able to upskill themselves in the entrepreneurial skills sought by today’s enterpreneurs.
2) Training material (with separate sections for Educators and for NEETs).
For educators – allowing them to adjust their training programmes to match today’s’ complex labour market in the area of entrepreneurial skills. It will contain specific information on HOW (how the teaching should be organised, didactic notes), WHAT (what should be taught, the actual training
content). In addition, the toolset will enable educators to download relevant resources to be used for example during a stationary trainings. For NEETs – allowing them to learn entrepreneurial content. The content will contain theory, exercises and examples.
