In the modern world of technology and information, training is no longer limited to traditional frameworks. Digital learning and innovation are revolutionizing education.
In this context, the Lifelong Learning Centre KAINOTOMIA and the Association of Thessalian Businesses and Industries (S.Th.E.V.) implemented the interactive event “Social Skills and New Digital Reality” on Monday 7 October.
The event was held in the framework of the European project e-SELLER, which aims to support employees in small and medium-sized retail businesses, mainly in rural areas of the EU, to acquire digital skills.
The event addressed current challenges and trends focusing both on critical social skills such as time management, stress management, communication, emotional (self-)regulation, and problem-solving, and technological trends such as Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR/XR), Live Commerce, Artificial Intelligence (AI), SEO and Marketing Automation. European training, education and entrepreneurship opportunities were also presented.
