HIRE is a 24-month Erasmus+  project, that addresses the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on employment, emphasizing the exacerbated regional inequalities and heightened job competition, particularly in Mediterranean regions like Greece, Italy, and Spain. Recognizing the significant gap in interview preparation, the project aims to empower VET Trainers, counsellors, and mentors with a comprehensive soft skills training package. This package, divided into profiles for VET learners and trainers, focuses on essential interview skills and includes tips, techniques, and anxiety-reducing exercises. The innovative aspect involves an interview simulation experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence, allowing trainees to interact with a 3D character avatar, fostering realistic interview practice and enhancing overall job readiness for VET learners in the challenging labour market.

TARGET GROUPS

  • Provide VET trainers with an ultimate simulation interview tool they can use with their learners to prepare them and monitor their progress through customised feedback
  • Provide VET learners with an interviewer with whom they can practise, self-reflect and break the ice of a real-life interview, reduce the levels of anxiety, nervousness, and other emotions that learners/candidates usually face during their interviews
