On Tuesday 28 February 2023, the Lifelong Learning Centre KAINOTOMIA successfully held a workshop on teleworking and digital skills development, which was addressed to employees who aim to enhance their skills for remote working.
Participants of all ages came to the premises of KAINOTOMIA where they were informed about the results of the European project TeleGrow and then discovered tools useful for working remotely as well as for improving their skills in the modern digital world. The attendees had the opportunity to navigate the TeleGrow project’s online training platform which they can use for free and assess their digital competencies using European certification tools.
This was followed by a productive discussion which highlighted the possibilities offered by the new technological tools and analysed the concerns of those working online.
KAINOTOMIA, which is approved by the European Commission as an intermediary support body for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs as well as the sole multiplier of the National Eurodesk Network in the Region of Thessaly, will continue to offer opportunities through workshops and workshops aimed not only at informing but primarily at improving and strengthening the professional characteristics of employees.
The workshop was held in the framework of the European project TeleGrow.
