The LTTA of the TeleGrow project was successfully organized between the 5th and the 9th of September 2022 on the premises of the project partner KAINOTOMIA in Larissa, Greece. Staff members of the 6 partner organizations from Greece, Italy, Spain, France, and Poland had the opportunity to present the work done so far throughout the project regarding its 4 Intellectual Outputs (IOs), while trainers and learners of the respective countries became familiar with them and mostly with the training content.
More specifically, during the first day of the LTTA, KAINOTOMIA, the hosting partner, welcomed the participants, presented the LTTA Agenda, and conducted some ice-breaking activities. Then, FLORIDA, the coordinator, proceeded with a presentation of the project’s overview. The first two IOS of the project, the IO1: TeleGrow Interactive Report and the IO2: How To stay gOLD Guide were also presented to the participants. Finally, a short activity on digital hard and soft skills was conducted.
The rest of the LTTA days were dedicated to the training modules that were prepared by each partner organization during the development of the IO3: How to TeleGrow Training Modules: The Ultimate Teleworking Training for VET providers. The staff members of the partner organizations and the trainers had the opportunity not only to present the modules to the participating learners but also to provide training based on them by implementing activities related to each module’s topic.
In addition, the 5-day long LTTA meeting provided the participants with many opportunities to bond not only through the hours spent together during the training but also through social gatherings and common dinners. The participants expressed their satisfaction and content with their involvement in the TeleGrow LTTA, which fulfilled its objectives.
