Within the framework of the European e-SELLER project, the Lifelong Learning Centre KAINOTOMIA conducted training on the application of advanced technologies and communication skills in the field of e-commerce. The training took place from 22 to 24 January 2024. Technological issues such as augmented reality, artificial intelligence, SEO and automated commerce were approached. In the area of communication skills, issues related to communication and problem solving were presented. Activities were also conducted that simulated real situations that can be experienced by someone involved in e-commerce such as creating a chatbox, or designing a 3D product.
